SAN CLEMENTE, CA — December 8, 2003 — Effective immediately, Nexus Technology Sales, Inc., headquartered in Melville, NY, is an official sales representative for Legacy Electronics component products, including their memory modules and Canopy® printed circuit board subassembly technology.

Legacy Electronics' Business Development Manager, Ed Monzon, announced the signing of the agreement with Nexus Technology this week, stating, "This agreement provides the Mid-Atlantic area OEMs with direct local access to our technology, pricing and services.
