Locked Bills of Material and accountability through every step of the production process is achieved with the use of Aegis manufacturing execution system software.

Having multiple identical production lines insures that we have the flexibility and capacity to respond to any build requirement.

Every module is subjected to a multi-point Automated Optical Inspection machine to ensure that even cosmetic issues are corrected on the production line. Every component is accounted for and inspected for defects.

Our production flow includes the ability to X-ray inspect over 32 layers of stacked PCB. This includes off axis and 3D inspection, and void measurement to ensure IPC compliance.
